The space

A fourth-floor apartment is located right across the street from the much-sought-after “Bougainnville Bay” residence. A one bedroom flat with breathtaking sea views from the living room, bedroom, and large, stunning balcony, of the Ionian Sea and the nearby Greek island of Corfu.

The apartment benefits from its location and the nearby amenities, with local supermarkets, bars, and restaurants aplenty right next to it.

Guest access

The nearest beaches are Bougainville Bay Beach and the public beach next to it, which are just 50 meters away, across the road from the apartment. The popular destinations of Ksamil and the ancient ruins of the world heritage site of Butrint are only 15 and 20 minutes away, respectively. Saranda city centre is very easily reachable on foot, with Saranda City Beach only 1.4 km away.

The apartment features 1 large double bedroom with access to the balcony, which has plenty of natural light and sea views from the comfort of the bed. The living room is fully furnished with 2 sofa beds and an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern design elements and a cosy dining area. The bathroom is fully fitted with all of the mod cons. The huge balcony is fitted with outdoor furniture where you can dine al-fresco and a pair of very comfortable lounge chairs. Needless to say, the views are magical.
