Originally from Prishtina, Kosovo, Alban spent his formative years there before moving to London as a young adult. A few years ago he made the leap to Sarandë, drawn by the Albanian Riviera’s crystal-clear waters and laid-back Mediterranean lifestyle.

Today he manages a growing portfolio of 17 vacation apartments across Sarandë — from seafront studios in Bougainville Bay to family-sized flats near the city center. Every listing is personally maintained and inspected, so guests get a consistent, high-quality stay.
